Use of AuditCore

By adding AuditCore to a Discord server or using its commands, you agree to use it for legitimate server security, permission review, and configuration auditing. You must have permission to manage or audit the server where the bot is used.

What the bot provides

AuditCore provides automated reports about server permissions, roles, bots, webhooks, trusted role settings, and channel permission overwrites. Reports are informational and are meant to help server owners make better security decisions.

No guarantee of complete protection

AuditCore can help reveal risky configuration, but it cannot guarantee that a server is fully secure. Discord permissions, integrations, staff behavior, compromised accounts, and external tools can change over time. Server owners remain responsible for reviewing and applying recommended fixes.

Permissions required

AuditCore may require permissions such as View Audit Log, Manage Webhooks, View Channels, Send Messages, Embed Links, and Attach Files to generate reports. Higher-risk permissions should only be granted if features like automated fixes, backups, or lockdown tools are enabled.

Trusted role settings

Trusted roles are configured by server administrators. If a role is marked as trusted, AuditCore may ignore certain findings caused by that role. Server owners are responsible for choosing trusted roles carefully.

Acceptable use

You may not use AuditCore to harass users, expose private server information publicly, misrepresent audit results, or interfere with Discord servers where you do not have permission to perform audits.

Changes to the service

AuditCore features may change over time as the bot is improved. Commands, reports, pricing, and available checks may be added, removed, or adjusted.
